Their wedding day was smooth and seamless because Keshia and Alex let us handle 100% of their wedding plans, and our team ensured we did not fail to meet this couple’s expectations.

Wedding Venue Hunt

Keshia and Alex reached out to us back in 2020. “We want a reception venue in a hotel/casino,” Keshia said in her initial inquiry email, “Preferably a location on the strip.” And off we went to look for a perfect venue.

After reviewing options, budget requirements, and capacities and envisioning the wedding day, we decided to explore some alternative venues and eventually found ” The One”. It was nothing close to the couple’s original vision. When Keshia and Alex walked into that venue, I could see their eyes light up. It was a perfect venue for such a romantic affair. The 5th Street School is a historic location that is home to the Nevada School of the Arts, the Las Vegas Book Festival, and other events, concerts, art exhibitions, and cultural offerings. That venue became the venue of choice for Keshia and Alex’s wedding.

Wedding Vendors

After we selected the venue, we moved on with the rest of the vendors. Curator Catering provided outstanding catering service with mouthwatering dishes and desserts. Liquid Courage had the drinks pouring all night. Steve Falcon‘s team provided uplighting. RSVP Party Rentals and Current Event Rentals furnished the venue with setup items. LuzsBlooms decorated the space with florals. Darya Morreale Photography and LuxLife Las Vegas captured the most precious moments during the day. Bell Limousine provided transportation services. Finally, Emmanuel Mojica provided entertainment services throughout the night.

Wedding Timeline

The wedding day started with beauty services at Golden Nugget Hotel. The photo and video team arrived onsite at 10:30 in the morning. The ladies were getting in one room, the gentlemen were getting ready in another room. We split the photo and video team to capture those moments without interfering with preparations. After both groups were ready, they walked to the venue for some pre-ceremony photos and a First Look session.

A quarter to 2 pm, we had the shuttles arrive to pick up the bride and groom and their entourage to head out to Our Lady of Las Vegas church where the ceremony took place. In the meantime, the setup team worked tirelessly to bring the couple’s vision to life at their reception venue.

Once the ceremony was over, the guests were welcomed to enjoy a cocktail hour in the Courtyard at the 5th Street School with a traditional dinner reception to follow.
