The Springs Preserve wedding venue offers a beautiful and unique botanical garden for your special day. With its picturesque views and eco-friendly atmosphere, it’s one of our favorite outdoor places in Las Vegas to say “I do.” Our team is also a preferred wedding and coordination vendor at Springs Preserve. When Elaine and Ryan contacted us to coordinate their wedding at the gardens, we knew it’d be a day to remember.
Elaine and Ryan are a young and romantic couple. It was nice to work with a couple that is so excited for their special day. This Springs Preserve wedding was expected to be full of wonderful memories!
The couple booked us a month before their wedding. They planned the ceremony in the Garden Arbor, followed by the reception in the Agave Room. Since we had a limited time, we quickly connected with their vendor team. Some of the vendors were new to us. The weddings, however, are all about socializing and meeting new faces. It never stops our team from taking charge on the wedding day. As coordinators, we must run the show. We must collaborate with vendors as much as vendors collaborate with us.
Vendors
Speaking of the vendor team, Debbie Deal from Spring Preserve has been on top with all our last-minute planning requests. We love working with Debbie as she is straightforward and responds in a timely fashion. The entire Springs Preserve wedding crew was helpful before and on the day of.
Norm’s Diner provided catering. The guests enjoyed a delicious buffet with ribeye roast, lobster tails, and poached salmon. With a selection of sides, salads, desserts, and fruits, it was a feast!
Fabio Vera provided photography and videography. His team was very on point with the timeline and locations. It’s always a pleasure working with professionals who understand the wedding day dynamic and how important it is to stick to the plan.
Marc Oraciona provided entertainment services. From start to finish, we had him cover all that a great DJ would do; I would certainly recommend him to our other clients.
Culture
The wedding incorporated elements of Korean and Chinese culture. In Korean weddings, the attire is a very significant element. To honor Korean heritage, Elaine and Ryan both traditional Korean clothing Hanbok at their wedding reception. During the gift-giving ceremony, the couple wore traditional Chinese wedding attire. In Chinese culture, the color red is synonymous with happiness, fortune, and success.
Celebration
Lastly, to show off the couple’s personality, we have to mention the surprise Ryan had for Elaine. Sometime during the reception dancing, Ryan was taken away by his entourage. They all changed into the dinosaur costumes and performed a coordinated dance while Elaine was in tears from laughing. Good times!
Our team is beyond thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the Elaine & Ryan’s Springs Preserve wedding. We wish them many years of joy and happiness together!
