From a Filipino officiant to gourmet treats and photo booth magic, their wedding wasn’t just planned — it was orchestrated to perfection

In the Fall of 2023, we had the joy of planning The Smith Center wedding in Las Vegas for an extraordinary couple, Laura and Charles. Their special day was not only a celebration of love but also a showcase of elegance and style.

Laura was introduced to us through a wonderful referral from Keshia and Alex, another happy couple whose wedding we coordinated earlier that year. It’s always a great honor to be recommended by past clients, as it speaks volumes about the trust and satisfaction they have in our services.

The Venue: The Smith Center

The Smith Center wedding venue proved to be a magnificent backdrop for Laura and Charles’s special day. Known for its sophisticated architecture and classy ambiance, The Smith Center wedding settings are truly iconic. This venue exudes a unique blend of modern elegance, making it a sought-after location for couples looking to make a lasting impression on their big day.

The Dream Team

For this event, we collaborated with some of the superstars of the Las Vegas wedding industry. Cut and Taste delivered an array of exquisite culinary offerings that impressed every guest. RSVP Party Rentals provided elegant rental elements that complemented the sophistication of The Smith Center perfectly. Livinh Events added a touch of magic with their expert event coordination, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

To ensure the guests stay entertained and have a keepsake to take home after the Smith Center wedding, we hired Desert Cactus Booth. The photo and video teams were invited from California. Eugene Dela Cruz provided photography services and Tony Le Films provided videography services.

A memorable highlight was the gourmet treats from Rolling in Dough, which were a hit among the guests. For the officiating, it was crucial for Laura and Charles to connect their heritage with their ceremony, so we booked Emily Grace, a renowned Filipino officiant, who added a personal and cultural touch to the ceremony.

Last but not least, I wanted to feature Alyssa Tiango and Melissa Grace who provided gorgeous bridal beauty services for the bride and bridal entourage.

Floral Decorations

While Laura had a distinct vision and personally selected many decor elements, Eufloria Designs played a pivotal role in bringing her vision to life with their stunning floral arrangements. They provided breathtaking floral decor that beautifully framed both the ceremony and the reception, enhancing the romantic atmosphere.
