For their reception, they booked the Siena Bistro, the Tuscan-style clubhouse at Siena Golf Club, offering an exquisite taste of old Italy. Let’s chat about how the final preparations went.

Planning and Coordination

This couple booked us to help them coordinate their Siena Golf Club wedding. When we provide our Day-Of Coordination service, we include a Month-Of Planner service as well to be able to get on the same page with the couple and the entire team that was involved in creating magic before we come on board and finalize all details. And so we connected with all the vendors and ensured we obtained all the information. Jocelyn was a pleasure to work with. She was very organized and detailed which made the onboarding process for this Siena Gold Club wedding quick and easy.

We outlined the wedding day timeline, made sure there were no missing pieces, assigned two of our on-site coordinators for her special day, and coordinated the day of the wedding.

Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, and Post-Ceremony

George Street Photography provided the photo and video services for this Siena Golf Club wedding. We started the day with hair & makeup early in the morning, transitioning to a Getting Ready photoshoot. The videographer arrived at the church to do some pre-wedding filming. The ceremony started at 1 pm with a subsequent shoot at the Red Rock Canyon afterward. The guests returned to the hotel while the bridal party and the bride and groom were taking photos. Crown Las Vegas provided all transportation.

Reception

The cocktail hour began at 5:30pm in the Terrace outside the Siena Bistro. Serenade Events provided a live musician for guests’ entertainment. Joseph and Jocelyn arrived a little after that. We had a room reveal before inviting the guests; George Street Photography captured their first impressions.

After the Grand Entrance, the couple danced their first dance and cut the cake. We then transitioned to dinner and celebration of this Siena Golf Club wedding for Jocelyn and Joseph. The evening was filled with dancing, joy, and lots of fun. Our team felt honored to be included in this Siena Golf Club wedding.
