Sarah and Andrew reached out to us with just a month to go before their wedding reception, looking for assistance to pull off an unforgettable event. Though they were already married, they wanted to create a special evening for their families to come together and celebrate their love. The venue? The stunning Laguna Pool House and Kitchen at Palms Place, a hidden gem within the Palms Hotel and Casino, an ideal for an elegant last minute Las Vegas wedding celebration.

The Laguna Pool House and Kitchen provided the perfect backdrop for their gathering of 90 guests. With a restaurant buy-out arranged through the Palms, the venue offered both exclusivity and sophistication. Its chic interior and poolside ambiance set the tone for a refined yet relaxed evening. The team at the Palms was instrumental in ensuring a seamless collaboration, and with our wedding coordinator Amber stepping in, the final planning details were swiftly brought together for this wedding reception.
The Feast
The evening began with a delightful array of appetizers, including Tuna Poke Wonton Cups, Crab Cakes, and Mushroom Tartlets that had guests raving. The culinary journey continued with a classic Caesar Salad, followed by an impressive family-style spread. Guests savored Chicken Piccata, Sliced Tenderloin “Filet Mignon,” and Branzino Sauce Vierge, paired with delectable sides like Roasted Garlic Yukon Gold Potato Purée, Mushroom Risotto, and Crisp Brussel Sprouts. The meal concluded on a sweet note with Fresh Fruit Tartlets that were as beautiful as they were delicious, and the couple also honored tradition by cutting their wedding cake, which was served as dessert.
