On June 15, 2021, exactly a year ago, we scheduled our first consultation. Today I am writing about their wedding reception, which was one of the most fun experiences I’ve had as a wedding planner.
Jasmine & Mark reached out to me for assistance in planning their wedding reception. They had already booked Juno Garden at Caesars Palace and had their ceremony needs taken care of. However, they struggled to find the best location for their celebration after the ceremony. They wanted a place that would wow their guests and create a magical experience for everyone. After we reviewed a few options, the couple decided on the style of a venue they liked. We quickly decided to go with Chateau Nightclub as that venue offered everything they envisioned for their wedding reception and more. The unique design, the views of the Las Vegas Strip, the distance from the ceremony venue, the style and vision…everything checked off!
One of the most important things for this couple was entertainment. Their families are amazing and we needed a plan to provide a fun atmosphere at the wedding reception to make sure the guests enjoy themselves. We invited a magician to come and entertain the guests during the cocktail hour. Armando Vera is an outstanding magician and performer. The guests had so much watching him show his magic! We also had a fabulous DJ & MC from Knight Sounds Entertainment who masterfully led the whole party and was prepared for any requests coming his way. Finally, at the end of their wedding reception, we surprised the guests with a Michael Jackson impersonator appearance. He was the hit of the party! Santana is one of the top Michael Jackson tribute artists in the world. He was booked through Vintage Vegas Entertainment and I am so thankful they connected us with such a great talent.
The drinks were flowing, the guests were enjoying themselves, the couple was having a blast…What else do you need for a successful wedding reception?
