Planning a Four Seasons Las Vegas wedding was on my bucket list for quite some time. No surprise that I was tremendously excited when Kathy and Obert reached out to me to request assistance with their wedding at this venue. It was going to be an intimate affair, as the bride and groom had already had their main celebration on the East Coast. However, it needed to be a beautifully designed event with good food, an elegant atmosphere, and enjoyable entertainment.

Kathy and Obert decided to plan an early afternoon wedding. It was going to be a romantic but simple ceremony with lunch afterward. The day started early with hair & makeup because the couple planned a photoshoot before the ceremony. LuxLife Las Vegas provided photography for this Four Seasons Las Vegas wedding. I love working with them as they are not only professionals at what they do, but they are very flexible, always go above and beyond for the clients, and the quality of images is always outstanding.

A quarter to eleven, we invited the guests to be seated on the patio for the ceremony. A violinist from Premiere Wedding Music was playing the prelude melody. Griffin Fox from Peachy Keen Unions briefed the bridal party and the bride and groom about what will happen during the ceremony. Once everyone was ready, we began the wedding ceremony and sent the bridal party for the processional.

During the ceremony, my team and I finished preparations for lunch. We placed all decor, cake, tea ceremony, and party favors. Flowers by Michelle provided flowers. Four Seasons Las Vegas provided the rest of the setup, including linens, napkins, chairs, tables, and a dance floor. Leland Mosley with Boogie Entertainment provided DJ service and uplighting to create a pleasant atmosphere in the ballroom. We also connected him with our Elvis impersonator Shane Patterson. They collaborated to provide music for his performance during the cocktail hour. Last but not least, for additional fun and entertainment, we had Joy Squad to come out and provide a photo booth.

It was a lovely afternoon, peaceful, elegant, and beautiful—the Four Seasons Las Vegas wedding with no rush, no intense timelines, and pure bliss.
