Today’s blog post is about the wedding of Jennifer Habashy and Maximilian Bekhit, our wedding couple from Colorado who planned their Hilton Lake Las Vegas wedding with Arab and Egyptian flair. From décor and design to catering and entertainment, we created an unforgettable wedding experience for them.
Planning a Dreamy and Memorable Celebration
Planning a wedding can be daunting for anyone, but for those looking to plan a cultural wedding, the task can seem even more daunting. From décor to catering to entertainment, there are so many details to consider. To help make the process easier, the Hilton Lake Las Vegas offers a staff of experienced wedding professionals to help bring your dream wedding to life. A special thank you I would like to provide to the catering manager Arabella Mascari who worked with my couple and I closely to ensure all the details were planned perfectly. Arabella went above and beyond to help me as a planner and Jennifer and Maximilian as the clients of Hilton Lake Las Vegas. Numerous times she stayed up late to assist with questions, paid special attention to all the concerns, and even went as far as providing some hands on assistance with some very important wedding details. Arabella Mascari always greets my clients with friendly, attentive service and expert guidance every step of the way.
The Venue: Hilton Lake Las Vegas
The Hilton Lake Las Vegas provides the perfect setting for an upscale Las Vegas wedding. With its stunning lake views and lush landscaping, the venue is the perfect backdrop for such a special day. The venue also offers a variety of indoor and outdoor event spaces to accommodate any size wedding. Our bride and groom had a religious wedding ceremony in a church followed by a wedding reception at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas. This was a large wedding with over 300 guests; we needed to make sure we have enough space for everyone. The cocktail hour where was held in the Florentine Gardens, a beautiful outdoor courtyard surrounded with decorative landscaping three steps down from the Village Lake Las Vegas. The dinner reception was held in a Grand Ballroom, a beautiful indoor venue right next to the gardens.
Hilton Lake Las Vegas Wedding Decor and Design
When it comes to décor and design, we approached it with a few important points in mind. It had to match Jennifer & Maximilian’s vision. It had to sit nicely with the existing venue design. And it had to stay within the allocated budget. My expert team of designers, rental professionals, and the florist helped me create the perfect décor for this big day. We created a luxury look with ivory, white and gold color palette, all white floral, stunning lighting, and elegant details for this luxurious Hilton Lake Las Vegas wedding.
Catering
Catering is another important detail to consider when planning a wedding. The Hilton Lake Las Vegas offers an array of catering options. We tailored the menu to the couple’s preferences and offered a plated meal that consisted of a few hors d’ouevre options such as Artichoke & Picked Mushroom Crostini, Seared Ahi Tuna with Wasabi Cream on Crispy Wonton Chip, and a Shaved Beef Tenderloin in a Truffle Creme. For entrees we offered a choice of Braised Short Rib and a Lemon-roasted Chicken. For dessert, we had petite sweets and, of course, a traditional wedding cake from Freed’s Bakery. With the extensive experience and top-notch service at venue, you can be sure that meal was amazing!
Photography and Videography Services
To ensure that the wedding was perfectly captured, we booked photo and video teams that were suitable to bring Jennifer & Maximilian’s vision to life. Memory Lane Video has years of experience; they provided a wonderful film to cherish for years to come. Jamie Y Photography perfectly captured all the important and special moments.
Entertainment for an Arab and Egyptian Wedding
Entertainment is an important part of any wedding. We had plenty of options to review and consider to make Jennifer and Maximilian’s special day memorable. During the cocktail hour, we kept things simple with just a touch of Las Vegas theme. We had The Quartet LV perform some of the couple’s favourite melodies. Vintage Vegas Entertainment provided the showgirls dressed in extravagant outfits ready to take pictures with the guests. The bride and groom wanted only a hint at Arab and Egyptian culture without going too much. I was excited when the couple expressed that they wanted to have a traditional Zaffa entrance by Fusion Zaffa. What an entrance that was!
