Hilton Lake Las Vegas is one of our favorite venues, and for good reason. Not only does it offer a breathtaking setting, but it also comes with a wedding and catering team who always go above and beyond. Because of that, every wedding here feels seamless and personal. A Saint Louis Connection Turned Classic Lake Las Vegas Wedding
This wedding had a very special start. Kathryn’s mom, Lori, was the first to reach out about our services. Since Kathryn grew up in Saint Louis, MO, we connected in such a personal way. Lori and I even met for lunch in Saint Louis, and it felt like a match made in heaven. Today, Kathryn and Joel call Las Vegas home. Still, that Saint Louis connection made the planning process even more meaningful for me and my team.

Timeless Black & White Design at Hilton Lake Las Vegas
Kathryn & Joel chose a timeless black-and-white color palette. It looked absolutely dreamy in the outdoor setting of Florentine Gardens for their ceremony. Later in the evening, guests crossed over to the iconic Pontevecchio Bridge for the reception. The scene felt like a piece of Italy, right here in Nevada. The clean elegance of their design blended perfectly with the natural charm of Hilton Lake Las Vegas.
Unique Touches for a Classic Lake Las Vegas Wedding
This couple had a flair for making their wedding day uniquely theirs. One of the most talked-about details was the custom magazines they had printed with themselves on the cover—an incredibly fun and personal touch that doubled as a keepsake for guests.
Their reception also featured a champagne tower that sparkled in the night, along with a cozy coffee bar for guests who wanted something warm and comforting as they danced the evening away. Together, these details created a perfect balance of sophistication and heart.

Surrounded by family and friends who traveled near and far, Kathryn & Joel created a celebration that reminded even us, the planners, how magical it is when so many loving people gather to honor two newlyweds.
It was warm, memorable, and a true reflection of their story. For us, it was another wonderful reminder of why Hilton Lake Las Vegas will always be one of our most cherished venues for creating unforgettable Classic Lake Las Vegas weddings.
