Emeli and Tony Brewer’s black and white wedding at Spanish Trails Country Club was the definition of timeless design paired with thoughtful planning and seamless production. As Las Vegas locals, the couple wanted a venue that felt refined yet welcoming—and a wedding day that reflected their love for elevated style, family, and culture.

From start to finish, our Creative Production experience allowed us to oversee every detail of the wedding day, from early-morning preparations to the final celebration on the dance floor. The result was a cohesive Las Vegas wedding that felt intentional, personal, and beautifully executed.

Getting Ready at Spanish Trails Country Club

First, one of the many reasons Emeli fell in love with Spanish Trails Country Club was its flexibility and ambiance—perfect for a classic black and white wedding. Because the bride received early access, the morning began calm and unrushed, setting a relaxed and joyful tone for the day.

Meanwhile, inside the venue, a crisp white and gray palette created the ideal neutral canvas for a classic black and white wedding. Clean architectural lines and refined finishes felt modern and elevated without excessive décor. Then, outdoors, lush green fairways and serene lake views added contrast, completing the timeless Las Vegas country club setting.

A Classic Black & White Wedding Design

First, Emeli envisioned a celebration that would stand the test of time, so a classic black and white wedding became the natural choice. As a result, we leaned into contrast, texture, and clean lines to create a design that felt polished and intentional.

Next, the bridal party wore elegant black attire, creating a striking visual that highlighted the bride and reinforced the timeless aesthetic. Then, each detail—from florals to rentals—was selected to feel refined rather than trendy.

Finally, the Spanish Trails ballroom became a standout moment. With floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light enhanced the crisp black and white details, giving the room an airy, sophisticated feel. As evening approached, the ambiance transitioned seamlessly into an intimate celebration.

Family-Focused and Thoughtfully Planned

Family played a central role in Emeli and Tony’s wedding day, especially their two sons, who participated in the ceremony—an incredibly meaningful and heartfelt moment for the couple and their guests.

With many children in attendance, it was important to create an experience that was enjoyable for everyone. We designed a dedicated kids’ area, thoughtfully sectioned off using charming white fences. The space was filled with toys, cozy pillows, rugs, and snacks, allowing the younger guests to feel included and comfortable while parents enjoyed the celebration worry-free. This intentional planning element added both function and charm to the overall event design.

Emeli’s love for classic black and white guided every design choice, from the bridal party’s elegant black attire to the clean, elevated details that will never feel dated.

Honoring Heritage Through Music and Entertainment

Incorporating cultural elements was essential to Emeli, and music became a powerful way to honor her heritage. Mariachi de Mexico played the couple’s recessional song, creating an unforgettable moment at the conclusion of the ceremony. The mariachi band continued into cocktail hour, adding energy, authenticity, and a celebratory atmosphere that guests truly loved.
